Passing box using 1 player working and 1 feeding.
Player working will drible ball to cone to right/left of them. When at cone they will pass ball to 'feeder; who will pass back to them.
Player will then dribble ball to other cone to left/right and repeat (feeder will mimic movement of Player)
If you have 2 feeders stand them at each of cones opposite working player.
* Dribbling to cone then stop and lift head before pass.
* Pass ball on outside of cones and then recieve on inside.
* Repeat on other side.
2) Next step is Feeder stay in middle and instead passsing up line of cones pass to middle and receive back inside
Follow on from this can include 2 passes either side of cones, rolling ball then pass.
