Pitch is 14m x 14m (maybe smaller if the players are under 12). 2 players from each team is in the middle with a player from each team on opposite sides.
The object is ballpossesion within the team.
Each game should be no more than 2 minutes before rotating.
Variation: Start with all the sides being teamneutral, encouraging 360-playing.
Then play as mentioned above, to encourage fast turns with ball and develop the players overview before they receive the ball.
Lastly you can have a side player moving into the center of the pitch, when he receives a pass (instead of returning it directly), and have the passing player relieve him on the side.
