Two teams; red and blue
Two players line up facing each other about 30 yards from goal.
Both teams play quick single touch passes between eachother.
When the coach calls a colour/side, the attacker nearest the goal must turn with the ball and get a shot away at goal.
The opposition player nearest the goal must turn and block any shot.
The two other players now move up and are next in line for a shot.
