Rød starter med bolden og angriber mod sort mål sort skal forsvarer målet
Når rød har fået afsluttet eller har tabt bolden er han forsvar og nummer 2 i sort kø angriber. Når sort 2 har angrebet er han forsvar mod den næste fra rød kø og sådan fortsætter den.
Det hele skal ske i højt tempo
Man skal være parat hele tiden der skal ikke være nogen pause i skiftet fra angriber til forsvar
