Only passes along ground count as a goal long shots mean you've lost the ball so switch with other team.
Focus on off the ball movement to create them passing triangles worked on in the warm up drill.

Defenders focus on trying to cut out the passes, being aware of players around you, player closest to the ball focus on getting inbetween player with the ball and the players he wants to pass to.
Would like to focus more on intercepting than actual tackling, so maybe after a few rotations bring the players in and change it up saying ok now no tackling focus on intercepting (being inbetween player on the ball and players off the ball)
Could also add in minimum pass rule.
