two teams of 5 with 3 of each team inside the square and the remaining 2 players outside the square on oppisite sides to each other. The players on the outside are only allowed to move between their cones on the outside of the square.
One team inside the square will start with the ball and must pass keep possesion using two or three touch passing. The attacking teams must try and get the ball to their team mate on the out side of the square and receive a clean pass back to score a point.
The defending team must try and stop the attacking team scoring points and gain possesion to become the attacking team.
