(Objectives)-
- allow free play and time with ball
- create 1v1 attacking and defensive opportunities
- fun and engaging start to the session
(Organisation)-
as players arrive give them a tall cone (or they can use their water bottle)
- they play 1v1 and try to knock over the cone
- players play 1v1 to protect and utulise the ball more opposed to shooting from distance and loosing time with the ball
(Progression)-
- if players take a shot and miss they have to sprint around their cone, or both if its to easy
