Have 7 players lineup behind the buildout line (4 offensive and 3 defensive players). Have 3 defensive players and a keeper line up on the goal side of the buildout line.
- The keeper should place the ball on the corner of the 6 yd box and kick it out of the 18 yd box to a player lined up even with her.
- Once the ball leaves the box, players can cross the buildout line.
- Do not dribble the ball near the goal, quickly pass it out of the area.
