The purpose of this drill is to improve the athletes shooting capability. Before the workout initiates, you must set up the bibs in 4 different sections of the goal (which are: top left; top right; bottom left and bottom right) The athlete is required to receive a pass with his back behind the goal, turn out and pivot and unleash a shot towards the goal. The objective is to hit the ball hard enough towards the bib that the bib falls from the net. This should help improve the athletes shooting accuracy as well as shot power.
