Shooting and agility are very importanat aspects of football. Agility is important as it helps in quick turns and movements while sprinting. Shooting is important for scoring and shooting helps in doing so.
Ensure members hop on their toes while doing the workout.
Ensure members are in a semi squat position and move on their toes while doing body shuffle.
Ensure members sprint on their toes and keep their body leaning forward while doing the workout.
Ensure memebrs recieve the ball on their chest.
Beginners/Members coming back from injuries should be given extra attention.
