Set out a field that is 20 x 20 yards. Two goals at either side, preferably PUGGs or something of a similar size.
Progession from previous rondo.
- Blue team are aiming to get 10 passes in a row, when achieved they can score in EITHER goal.
- Red team, now two defenders and can now TACKLE. If they win ball from blue team they can also score in EITHER goal.
If blue team scores, red team must do a forfeit i.e 5 jumping jacks.
If red team scores, blue team must do double and red team can switch out with two players of their choice from the blue team.
Don't forget to count the score!
- Find open players, 6 v 2, there should be open team mates constantly.
- Avoid the defenders and get them running by moving the ball. Play the ball fast, quick control and quick pass to team mate.
- COMMUNICATE. Players should be using names, especially those who have the ball. It is so much easier for someone to know that the ball is definitely for them when there name has been shouted by the passing plaer. Small things make big differences in results.
