The players are put into 2 equal teams. Each player is given a number. The teams start behind the goal and the coach will call out a number and that player will run up the side of the field before collecting the ball im the centre. The player to score gets a point for their team. If the ball goes out of play, neither team gets a point.
A variation of the game can be to call out multiple numbers or even call out the word all so that every player enters the field of play.
