Set up as shown (six goals), two teams. One team aims to keep the ball and reach a set passing target to score a goal. The other team aims to press and steal the ball, to counter and score in one of the goals. Repeat with rotation of roles.
Attacking: Body shape to receive a pass, team shape ans positioning, receiving on the front or back foot depending on defender, support, movement, communication.
Defending: Counter attacking after transition, pressing triggers, pressing as a unit, pressing shape, communication.
