Starting on the middle cone the keeper moves out to their right to catch the first feed.
After getting back to their feet and rolling the ball back out they side step back towards the middle cone, ready to dive and catch the next rolled ball from the second feeder.
COACHING POINTS
Not only is this drill about accurate diving from the keeper, it also works on speed and stamina.
Keeper should move quickly to smother the ball whilst also get back up to their feet fast, so that they're in position to stop a second or third shot on goal.
