The session will be the same structure as the technical skill session, but the session changes by there will be defenders added in to the session. the way the defender are added in is in two different ways, firstly there will only be two defenders first and they will act as the centre backs there role is to put pressure onto the strikers and jockey them they cant tackle them there act as a passive defender.
The second part of the session is instead of their just being two centre backs there will be another two players added they will be the full backs in the session, there role is the same as the centre backs they can only jockey and put pressure onto them and they cant tackle them and they are passive.
