Set up- 2 cones 20 meters apart,balls,3 players
Description- 2 players on either cone one is with a ball,one player in the middle, The player in the middle runs to the outside player with a ball recives it turns and plays the other outside player, the player in the middle is working for minute and a half then swaps over with one of the outside players.
Progression- A way of prrogressing this drill is having the outside players have one ball each and doing different variations such as first time passsing, inside of the foot volleys, volleys with laces, chest volleys, headers
