1v1 Defending-
2 teams lined up either end
When i play a ball to the attacker they play 1v1 to try and score, once ball dead I play a ball out to a different attacker to score
Coaching Points- Defender must keep chest between ball and goal. Defend halfway between straight and side on.
Straight can go either side, side on legs will get tangled.
Make attacker make the decision, cannot sell yourself.
