No.5 starts the practice, passing to closest player who receives/passes back. No.5 then passes to the next player along who receives/passes back. Repeat. Final pass to opposite end must be lofted.
Progression: Receive with back foot, pass with back foot.
Receive with back foot, pass with front foot.
Instead of kicking, roll/throw the ball.
