Cones Set up in a straight line in centre of goal. Each cone should be 1ft apart. Keeper has to Side step out to right hand side post, come back in and touch the first cone and then perform a low dive which will be fed to them by partner. Performer then has to get straight back up, touch post again and then to second cone. This continues until all four cones have been touched.
Once dives have all been complete on right hand side, switch to left hand side.
