DESCRIPTION

Players in the middle need to run with their ball towards one of the goals and either dribble through or shoot through the gates.

Leave one gate unopposed for stragglers
One smaller goal to challenge strivers

Progressions

After breaking out, can dribble back in for double points (now defenders must defend both sides of the goal.
Introduce a defender to the middle square.
Do a trick inside the middle square.
Use of hands to tag instead of tackling.

COACHING POINTS

Run with the ball towards the goal.
Travelling into free space at speed.
Eye on the ball and the environment
Attacking in teams
