DESCRIPTION

same teams as before

  • basically keep away
  • coach passes to 1 team and calls a number
  • that number from opposing team enters the other square and tries to win the ball back
  • count how many passes and keep running score
  • once ball taken or out then repeat on the other side...and back and forth with next number
  • see which team can get to 30 first

COACHING POINTS

  • work on passing, receiving  and movement off the ball
  • watch passing technique
  • receive ball, head up, make the pass
  • explore the space
  • passing away from pressure
