White feeds to blue who attack goal. Focus on defence. Win posession and dribble to blue or red 'goal' on the half way line. Replicate on other half of pitch simultaneously to ensure everyone is working. Rotate feeder/use neutral player as numbers dictate.
Who is first defender? Who is pushing the line up? Communication is key. Drive attacker away from goal.
