DESCRIPTION

Triangle position with 6 or more players.Two players inside. One is defender

  1. A player pass(1) to inside teammate.Defender go close.
  2. Inside player pass(2) to A ('1-2'situation)and becoming defender.
  3. A plays ball(3) to D and go close to support.
  4. D plays(4) to A and go behind the cone to receive again.
  5. Plays the ball to F and go on.
  6. A becoming defender and D supports
  • Chance positions fast.
  • The supporter becomes defender.
  • Defender goes out.

COACHING POINTS

  • Move quickly behind the cone to receive from 1-2 situation.
  • Use your voice. 
  • Play with one touch if it is possible.
  • The supporter go to the edge of the triangle.
  • Defender close the road for a big pass and let the players play 1-2
