Triangle position with 6 or more players.One player inside

  1. A player pass(1) to inside player.
  2. Inside player pass(2) to A ('1-2'situation)and moves out.
  3. A plays ball(3) to D and go close.
  4. D plays(4) to A and go behind the cone to receive again.
  5. Plays the ball to F and go on
  • Chance positions fast.

COACHING POINTS

  • Move front to ask and move quickly behind the cone to receive again.
  • Use your voice. 
  • Play with one touch if it is possible.
