DESCRIPTION

Cross position 15m(A-A)x12m(D-D).
6 or more players
Two players with one ball on the botton,

A(blue) pass across(1) to A(red) and move to center.
A(red) back pass(2) to A.
A(blue) pass diagonal(3) to D and go A(red) position.
D back pass(4) to A(red) and moves behind cone.
A(red) pass diagonal(5)to D and goes to his position.
D pass(60 to start position

The same passing sequence from the other side with the other D.

COACHING POINTS

All players moving and go to the ball
D moves and ask the ball twice.
Fast change position without disturb the balls move.
