DESCRIPTION

 

  • Cross position 15m(A-A)x12m(D-D).
  • 6 or more players
  • Two players with one ball on the botton,
  1. A(blue) pass across(1) to A(red) and move to center.
  2. A(red) back pass(2) to A.
  3. A(blue) pass diagonal(3) to D and go A(red) position.
  4. D back pass(4) to A(red) and moves behind cone.
  5. A(red) pass diagonal(5)to D and goes to his position.
  6. D pass(60 to start position
  • The same passing sequence from the other side with the other D.

COACHING POINTS

  1. All players moving and go to the ball
  2. D moves and ask the ball twice.
  3. Fast change position without disturb the balls move.
