Divide players into two teams. Create two playing areas (red and yellow rectangles).
Blub team starts with the ball and tries to make 2-3 passes (to score a goal). If successful they must then transition to yellow area and repeat.
Yellow team to try win the ball. As soon as they do they transition to the empty area and try to make 2-3 passes to score a goal.
Players to consider space, body shape when receiving the ball to allow quick passing. Once goal scored how does the team quickly move to the empty area safely and quickly.
