SETUP
- 1 Goal per group of 6-10 players. Use 18yd box. Use goalies if available
- 2 Teams. One teams serves while other team executes
- 2 servers where goal line and 18yd box meet, 1 server at the top of the D
- 1 player at a time is served 5 balls to finish with first time shots
- 3 rolled from behind the player (or served overhead), 4th and 5th delivered as crosses from the servers
- 1 point per goal, 2pts if the crosses don't touch the ground
