Pulse Raiser (5 Mins)
- Passing and moving in pairs ( at least 5 touches before a pass is made).
- There will be gates which you need to try and pass through which represent one goal. Each gate you go through will add a goal onto it.
Stretches (5 Mins)
- Start of with dynamic stretching to get the muscles working and warm. (Each player leads a stretch each with the group)
- Do some static stretches after to make sure the muscles are full warmed up.
