DESCRIPTION

  • Middle player moves into collect ball with a passive defender following him.
  • The 3 closest combine in a triangle and then play to the furthest 2 players who do the same.

Coaching Points:

  • 1 touch
  • Move at speed to collect
  • Firm passes
  • Chest away from player with the ball when completing the 3rd man run. (quicker)
