Pulse Raiser- Finding the target player, this drill will be performed as a warm up. The participants will be split into two equal teams with one person from each team in the end zone. The objective is to get the ball to the team mate in the end zone. Each player must touch the ball before it can be passed into the end point. This drill will last around 10 minutes with a new person going into the end point every couple of minutes.
Stretch/mobilisation- Stretching an mobilisation will be completed in between intervals during the finding the target player. Each stretch/mobilisation will be completed for around 8-10 seconds so it will reduce the chances of injuries.
