Two teams Red/Blue in queue with each having a ball.
To start: Red player defends goal opposite queue of red players.
Blue runs into box with ball to score.
Red cannot challenge until blue has entered the box.
If red wins the ball, they must dribble into or pass into a teammate in the white 5x5 yard box.
Same Blue Player must then defend goal opposite their queue and red attacks.
In Defence:
Anticipation. Jockey Stance.
Force opp. away from goal.
wait until offensive player makes mistake with dribble. step across/get body across the oppenent to win ball.
In Offence: try to get in behind defender. utilize the space behind them. use body to protect the ball.
