Purpose:
Extended warm up - Warming up thier co-ordinatoin and developing their awareness when moving in between ones
4 sets 6 Reps.
1st set:
- Two feet in each (going forward)
- Then two feet in each side ways going to the right first.
- Once they have past the last cone, CHANGE of speed to the cone ahead.
Second set
Zig zag into in and out.
Ensure theyre movement are in small little steps.
