Dribbling - Incorporating Feints

The 'My Stuff' feature is amazing! It's a coach's best friend!

DESCRIPTION

Players A, B, C & D all dribble the ball approaching the cone
The cone is the mock defender
As the players reach the cone they FEINT/Fake left using any side step dribble OR 360 degree turn to the left then dribble onto the next player at the other end.
Wait until all players dribbling have finished before the next set of players going.
Depending on player numbers you can have multiple lineups going with 2 or 3 players are each end to stop players standing waiting.

COACHING POINTS

Dribbling with a fake OR feint with a Cone as a mock defender

Basic dribbling incorporating a feint to the left or right using various side step dribbling techniques
