The Basic Triangle but with movement
Players stand in a triangle and being just passing to each other in any direction .
Two touch control or one touch if possible but good weighted passes rather than over hitted or flimsy
Once the trio has become comfortable they add the movement of side skippingin a clockwise direction . Not too fast but at a comefortable speed .
So rather than being glued to the spot movement is added .
You might find that once the movement begins the passes go clockwise also so encourage them to pass in the opposite way or even instruct one pass forward one pass back .
