Split teams into 2. Preferably have 2 goals with 2 keepers, if this is not possible just use one goal.
Goalkeeper throws the ball somewhere, and the teams must send out a certain amount of players to go and win theball and score.
Progression - If teams send out more than one player, a pass must be made before scoring.
Progression - Tell a team that they must send out 1 less player than the opposition team.
