Set cones 25m apart with 2 cones in the middle 5m apart.

  • run to the 3rd , backwards to the 2nd. ,sprint to the 4th.
  • same with turning the body at the middle 
  • same with figure 8 backwards
  • same with figure 8 forwards
  • 3 push ups in the middle, then sprint
  • 3 high knee jumps in the middle, then sprint
