DESCRIPTION

  1. Gk will start behind the marker in the middle, once ready Gk will move forward to the left marker. Server will serve the ball for the Gk to catch with scooping technique
  2. After scooping the 1st ball, Gk will shuffle sideways to Scoop the next ball serve by the server .
