2. knees up at front, turn, ankles up at back

4. take a couple of steps and jump for a header
5. jog
6. close the gate, turn, open the gate
7. jog
8. face side line, side shuffle, face the same way and return home, side shuffle
9. jog at 3/4 pace
10. stretch
