player 1 starts with the ball towarcds center cone, first player in opposite side starts same time .
in the middle player 1 with the ball choose to go either cone B or A. Player without the ball try beat him to the choosen cone.
Player 1 are allowed to feint, and change direction
- Ball carrier may only chose to change direction one time.
- full speed
- all the way towards centre cone, no short cuts from ball carrier.
