Blue team to get 5 passes before passing to other side. nothing above waist height. 2 defenders enter to win ball back. the 3 left behind can stop the pass. defender cannot enter zone until touched by attacking player. 2 minutes then change teams. Can add in other rules. 2 touch, more passes or less, if defender wins the ball in blue zone they can keep it until lost.
