DESCRIPTION:
- Players work in 4s
- Layout 3 pairs of cones making lines moving away from a central starting cone
- Players take it in turns to accelerate up each line. slow down adopt the correct body stance and backup to the start cones until all 3 lines are complete (then rotate player)
COACHING POINTS:
- Accelerate quickly but slow down before reaching the end of the line
- Adopt a low, strong stance that is sideways on to the direction of the line
- Quick short side steps when retreating down the line
