There will be a number of different patterns of play which will end in a cross into the box where there will be an attacker and a defender attacking the ball either to clear it or a score a goal with their heads

Cross must be excellent so both players have a chance of winning the header
The tempo and quality of the drill must be excellent for the drill to flow
