Possession game with 2 teams playing in different formations a 3-1-2 and a 2-3-1. The pitch is set up with 5 vertical chanels and 4 horizontal chanels to play in. Idea of the game is to keep possession by not being in the same chanels as your team mate and using width and depth to beat the defending team.
When possession is changed then the team with the ball is looking to use the width and depth.
