DESCRIPTION

  • grid is 45 yards in length with 15 yard inetrvals by 30 yards wide at both ends
  • the entire team starts at one corner
  • to start: they jog an entire lap back to the starting point
  • when they return players sprint one interval at a time and jog all the way back to startin point, then progress intervals (e.g. sprint 2, then jog back around, sprint 3 then jog back around, etc..) until they have to SPRINT THE ENTIRE PERIMETER

COACHING POINTS

  • TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE JOG (that's the resting period)
