The team jogs 2 laps around half of the soccer field at 50% intensity. Upon completion, players jog at 40% intensity to the horizontal half way line (18 m) and back as a team. The team then repeats this doing high knees, heel flicks, sideways and opening/ closing the gate.
Duration : 10 minutes
players warm up dynamically which decreases the risk of injury while warming up the muscles for the upcoming training session. The drill can be adapted to include a ball as the team runs around the field so players can practise dribbling and ball control
