Drill A player shields the ball inside the square (no tackling)
Drill B Player inside square runs to a cone then back to the middle calling for a header from feeder then moves onto next cone until all four corners are done calling for a header after each run
Drill C same as B but this time its a quick one two pass with the feeder but to keep the runner on his toes the feeder can call out yellow cone at anytime so he has to run to that cone then back to receive the pass in the middle
