DESCRIPTION

All players have a ball in a circle formation - coach/trainer in the middle.

10 different touch combinations,spending 2 min on each one:

  • Tapping with inside of both feet 3-4 times,then stop with the sole,alternating feet.
  • Pull back,laces touch forward,switch feet
  • Pull back,outside touch 90* four times ,then switch feet and direction
  • Juggling with your feet
  • Roll across,touch back with the other foot - 10 times with right,10 times with left
  • Roll across,inside ,inside tap,continue with the other foot
  • Pull back,outside,inside touch-switch feet
  • Pull back with one foot,outside touch with the other foot continuously drawing the letter "V"
  • Cruyff turn,alternating feet
  • Heading(U12 and up)
  • step over,outside touch,pull back and repeat with the other foot
  • scissors,outside touch, pull back and repeat with the other foot

COACHING POINTS

  • Start slow and try to build up to game speed
  • Focus on the excecution
  • 2 min continuous work
