Set up as with 2 teams. The denfeding team need to have a GK so that the outfield players are outnumbered
Attackers need to be set up in a formation and defenders need to do the same (eg 3-2 and 3-1)
Attackers need to score in the normal sized goal and defendes can score in either of the 2 smaller goals
PROGRESSION
Add extra players to the defense or the attack
Decrease the size(width) of the pitch
Enforce Keep ball on the floor and 2/3 touch to get the ball moving quickly
Defense will be outnumbered so will need to work and and communicate. They will need to pass players on and ensure they are not pulled out of position
