Set up as with 2 teams. The denfeding team need to have a GK so that the outfield players are outnumbered
Attackers need to be set up in a formation and defenders need to do the same (eg 3-2 and 3-1)
Attackers need to score in the normal sized goal and defendes can score in either of the 2 smaller goals

Decrease the size(width) of the pitch
Enforce Keep ball on the floor and 2/3 touch to get the ball moving quickly
