  • Slow jog round the area
  • Get group to perfrom following dynamics
  1. side step
  2. twists across body
  3. rolling the arms forward & back
  4. roll the hips
  5. knees up & high heels
  6. scrape the wall
  7. open gate
  8. close gate
  9. tap the instep and outstep
  10. lunges with twist
  • Slow jog again then get group tight on their toes side stepping and dodging eachother
  1. find a friend push against for calf stretch
  2. quadricep pulls
  3. hip flexor
  4. squats
