  • 7 vs 5 with the 7 having to dribble through the gates and pass the ball across to the target. The target recycles the ball back to blue.
  • Blues are attacking the big goal and are encouraged to attack as quick as possible.
  • Reds are the team being coached.
  • Offisides Rule applies.
  • Throw ins if the ball goes out.
